We are excited to introduce a very special project: The 150th Legacy Commemorative Book East Annual Conference Heritage Keepsake. This one-of-a-kind publication will serve as a historical treasure capturing the rich legacies of every church in the East Conference of the 11th Episcopal District. Businesses and churches outside of the East Conference are invited to submit a traditional ad to support this historical commemorative journal.

We are pleased to offer attendees the option to enjoy delicious, professionally catered lunches during the conference. Each meal is available at a cost of $15.00.
Lunch Options:
Daily Meals: Reserve lunch for each day of the conference.
Selective Reservation: Choose specific days to reserve lunch based on your schedule.
Complimentary Meals:
All pastors and official conference delegates are entitled to complimentary lunches throughout the event. No additional action is required to receive these meals.
For Other Attendees:
Guests who are not pastors or official delegates and wish to partake in the conference lunches must submit a meal reservation form and complete payment in advance. Please ensure reservations are made prior to the conference to guarantee meal availability.
